Has anyone heard of a company called Firstdata or better yet even work or worked for them that can tell me something about this company and what if anything they offer. I received a call from their office in Toronto offering a position with them which I found odd. Any info would be great and a big help.
they process credit card transactions - like when you swipe your card at the grocery store or whatever - the data connection goes to FDR which then accesses your account info - to see if you adequate funds/credit - and then either approves or disapproves the transaction - they also place the statements/advertisements and such in envelopes for some of their customers
