Is it good to go for Sap with MAB finance + 2.5yrs of Exe. in financial servicecs?

Currently I am working with Stock Broking firm with last 2 ys. which includes 1.5 yrs of sales of financial services products.
is it relevant to enter into SAP? What can be future prospects for long term. If yes Which module should i go for FICO or SD.

Well SAP and your experience is quite different, You have 2 and half year experience of selling financial products and you have MBA in finance, SAP is ERP, SAP has nothing to do with your Degree and experience, rather it just smooth functioning of Organization with Efficiency and effectivity, Though SAP has wider scope but I say, guy like you should go for CFA or LIFA, LIFA is comparatively cheap and offers worldwide acceptance, It can boost your Career.
SAP is a integrated system which includes accounting general ledger purchasing, inventory control accounts payable etc. It sounds like you are interested in the sales end rather than the implementation side. I would say that SAP and Oracle are the two biggest systems with SAP more popular on the manufacturing side. The long term prospects are good for ether product as there really isn't a lot of other competition at least on the high end of the market.
Do you know what SAP is?? It has absolutely NOTHING to do with sales of financial products. It is a software product that big international companies use to intergrate their business operations.

If you want to become a SAP consultant, specializing in the financial modules FI or CO, or implementing SAP so that SAP software is the company's accounting platform, then you also need to be a friggin computer whiz, and have expertise in many computer platforms and computer languages as well as having the accoutning finance background.

the SAP SD or sales and distribution model, then you also have to be a friggin compututer whiz, with expertise in many computer platforms and langauges, and also be a whiz at sales and sales distribution for a large company....

If you are a computer whiz, and want to coordinate this with your MBA in finance, then becoming an SAP consultant who specializes in FI (financial accounting) or CO (cost accoutning) would likely be the way to go.

If SAP is still as hot as it was about 10 years ago, then a good
SAP consultant has the potential to make about $125 USD per hour, plus have all of his expenses paid.

If you speak several languages, that's also a plus.
I worked for an international SAP consulting company
