What type of positions can I get with a Master of Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration?

Besides a Certified Public Accountant, I have heard of Chartered Financial Analysts and many other possibilities. I would suggest doing a little research on the matter. This site might be a place to start. Hope it helps.

You can probably be a manager or head of the accounting department of a company.

With no experience I think you are coming into a large corporation as a staff accountant or financial analyst. You can also go into public accountant but again it is an entry level position. Depending on the reputation of your school, the MBA will help accelerate your career once you have the fundamental accounting experience under your belt.
