I got a call from HR for a job and she left the message wanting to know if i'm relocating to there state and she wanting to discuss my resume so i called and he said r u relocating to that state i said this i don't have any plan on relocating to o that state however if i get the job i'm willing to relocate on my expense. She then said can you come for interview i said yes. She said she will forward my resume to a manager and see what happens if the manager wants in person or phone interview. I asked her how long it will take she said she doesn't know. I sounded so nervous and i think i did really bad. She didn't discuss my resume. Does it mean i should forget thsi job what you think? go take a nap! It probably wasn't the secretary's job to go over your resume; that's why she said she would forward it to her manager. Start going over what you will say when the manager calls, and don't worry about what happened. If you don't get a call within a week, give a call to follow up, perhaps stating, "I am calling to see if Mr. Manager has had the opportunity to review my resume." keep the faith!!!!!!! |
