If i am suppose to be paid bi- weekly, will i get paid today?

Please help me out.. I work as a receptionist and my annual income is suppose to be $30,000.. According to my usual pay check i am suppose to be paid every two weeks.. I am due for a paycheck today but so far my boss hasn't given me my check.
Does anyone know if according to my income, i'l suppose to be paid today or is it up to my boss.. I have worked all those days and i feel it's my right to get paid but i wanted to confirm it..
Thanks guys!

if you're paid bi-weekly, you should be getting 26 paychecks for the year. ask him when he usually deliver the paychecks. there should be set schedule when you're supposed to be paid.
go ask your payroll dept
If your payday is Thursday and the last time you got paid was 2 weeks ago! Just ask him if you can have your check!
The best thing for you is just to go ask. Every compan is different on pay dates, it depends on when you start and some companies make you wait two weeks extra to set up all your pay info...Usually when You start a job for larger companies..it takes several weeks to see your first pay check.
I think there are two different types. Its every other Friday, or two days selected in a month. For example, every 10th and 25th of the month. I don't think it has anything to do with salary, everyone in the company should be paid on the same day.
I think your question is missing some important information.
Yeah, ask payroll. But a lot of companies pay every other Friday, regardless of the date.
