Lost financial aide , 50 hrs in and need 2 go back. broke as hellll.? Try applying for a Stafford loan. Call your local Zonta Club. They give Second-Chance Scholarships for women just like you. You will need to provide paperwork like your tax records, a letter about yourself and why you need the scholarship. It is a great organization dedicated to helping other women by successful businesswomen. Check into it today and see if they will consider you. Try applying for a personal loan. There are loans that you alone can apply for or you can also get your parents involved for a Plus loan. i think you are better off getting a personal loan from a bank because only you would be involved. Good luck to you! I was in the same situation, I feel your pain. Put in for a "Pell Grant" its money u don't have 2 pay back. If you qualify they pay tutition, and books, after that your on your own,,,,, try getting a job. I did. And so did my daughter. We survived it....and we didn't bank on no one but our selves. I'm pretty sure I feel better about it, and I know our daughter does too !!! Makes ya stronger.... Makes ya appriacate that education more. And if your already working, then get a 2nd job, and do classes on line or at night....... It's tough, but worth every minute of it in the long run.
