When in some web sites they say ''ave. salary'' does it mean yearly or monthly salary??? The term "Average Salary" always denotes average monthly salary. This means that at the end of each financial year, you may get bonus, leave encashment etc. which are divided by 12 and added on to monthly salary to arrive at average monthly salary. Salary is usually a years pay. They would specify if they were asking for monthly Always in my experience, anytime salary is referred to it always means yearly... |
