What is the highest paying job in the banking industry and most readily available to recent BA graduates?

Probably the highest paying job would be that of an investment banker, however they work extremely long and hard hours. (Their pay is also rather normal...but they have a large bonus at the end of the year).

I wouldn't recommend focusing on the highest paying job- I'd look for one that would be a stepping stone into a great career.

Try large investment banks such as JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Citibank, Credit Suisse. These companies give you large amounts of on the job exposure regardless of whether you are a banker, a trader, or working behind the scenes in operations and finance. Also, if you find that working at such a large company isn't for you, you can look for a job elsewhere and still have a great experience on your resume. Source(s): Things I have noticed....
Highest paid job is the CEO but you might have to work a few years before you get that one. In the investment part of a bank you have a higher income level than in the lending part of the bank.
Many banks offer recent grads a management training program. That may be the way to go.
I don't know but I can recommend Learntosucceed.biz
That's a career consulting firm that I found extremely helpful for my career. They offer you the chance to speak to a former long time hiring manager for one of the big firms on Wall St. It cost about the same as a dummies book but here you get their materials and a live person to talk to about your situation.
check this link its good
