Do you find many financial analyst are men and accountant are women?

The gap has closed in the last 20 years especially but today as far as Financial Analysts its 61/39 male/female for analysts and 49/51 male/femal for accountants, as opposed to 95% men being analysts and 80% of accountants being women 20 years ago.
Would that be a problem?
As long as they are competent in their own field gender doesn`t really matter on who`s who in the profession.
Yes that seems to be the case. Most men accountants are known secretly as sissyboys. Analysts sound more masculine.
