What kinds of better job opportunities should I seek after being a bank teller?

I just started working as a teller in April and while it's a good, steady job, I want to either move up in the industry or find a more exciting career... what kind of jobs (in business obviously) in either business or even within banking should I be looking for in the next few years? I'm 23/m/MI, single and I'm saving up to buy a house next year hopefully... but also willing to move to if it's the right opportunity.

There should be a ton of opportunities within your bank or at your bank's main branch: customer service, loans, managers, etc. You've only been at the job for 4 months, so try to stay within your company. Job-hopping looks bad.
How about working for a large finance company. They pay good money to those who can make the most money for them. Ready for the challenge?
Have you considered going into real estate or mortgage financing? I would give you a job.....
