Do u prefer to be an entrepeneur or be employed?

I run my own consulting business and have for the last seven years. Honestly, I could never be someone's employee again. As an entrepreneur, you get 100 times more respect then you do as an employee. You make your own hours, you can do more of the things you want, you charge what you feel you are worth...when you want more money, you tell your "clients" that you are raising your rates instead of begging, and you get a million tax write-offs that keeps more of that cash in your pocket. Write-offs like cell phones, utilities, gas, auto depreciation, etc. Hands down...entrepreneur all the way.

By the way, if you need help with your business, join BNI (www.bni.org). This company is all over the country and is a group of business professionals who will help you find clients, funding, and give you advice on a weekly basis.

Hope this helps.
Id prefer to be employed first. why? to know the knitty gritties of business i chose, know its intricacies make some innovations, save and then later on have my own. through this i know i can be successful, why? because ive run through it already. No more trial and errors. its all done as planned. Good Luck.
when i am an entrepreneur i am employed just not by some one other then my self
i would love to work for myself but for now i have to work for someone.
ferdi's answer is so correct.

in an economy like our's this is the correct answer.

in time you may become the entrepeneur, but you must learn through being employeed to do so.

all best to you in your pursuit of happyness!
