What Is FRM and GARP, where can i find courses on financial risk management.?

GARP stands for global association of risk professionals and also growth at a reasonable price. Meaning one is not willing to pay a high price on a stock w/ low/sub par earnings (P/E ratio) for a stock. FRM stands for financial risk manager.. I would suggest reading Investing for dummies. Also, I would read Buffetology. Also any book by Jim Cramer. Also, www.motleyfool.com
