I am accounts graduate did my master in my home country. how can i start working in usa?

You chance of finding a job in the US is slim. Someone with your education background is simply not sufficiently unique to inspire employers to jump through immigration hoops.

My suggestions:
1. Work for an international firm in your home country, then apply for transfer once you prove your skills to the company. Most of the top tier accounting firms has offices in most major cities. Their web sites are good place to start.
2. Try looking for opportunities in Canada instead of US. Canadian immigration law is more liberal in comparison.
