For income based jsa how much does your income have to be below?

It says on the Jobcentre web site,
If your income and savings are below a certain level, you may be able to claim income-based Jobseeker's Allowance. What is the certain level.

You need to have less than 拢5, 500 in savings or capital to claim income based JSA. Once you go over this, you can still claim, but the amount is reduced, (depending on how much you have) until eventually you get nothing. Also, if you are married or partnered, then you other half's savings etc would be taken into consideration, and your partner must be working less than 24 hours a week. If they work for 24 hours or more a week, you will not be able to claim income based JSA. If they work for less than 24 hours a week, their wages, minus the first 拢10 a week, will be taken into consideration when calculating your JSA entitlement.
For example, the couple rate on JSA is 拢92.80 a week. Your partner works for 12 hours a week, earning 拢70. Your JSA would be 拢32.80 a week.
income does not come in to it you have to have no job to claim jsa 拢6000 is the savings limit
