How do I prepare for an interview for Assistant Manager of a restaurant?

I am a full service restaurant manager and have been in and conducted several interviews. Remember in an interview you are simply having a discussion about things you did in your past and things you'd like to do in the future. So prep yourself by recalling behaviors you have developed in your past that would be an asset. Be ready to recall specific situations and it may help to jot these down on a pad to bring with you. Don't be afraid to pause for 3-5 sec before answering a question instead of quick, seemingly rehearsed, answers. At the end of the interview let the interviewer know that you are excited about the opportunity and a good question to ask is, "Is there anything at this time that would keep you from offering me this position?"

Best Wishes.
Practice talking in the mirror it helps your charisma, and make sure your not nervous, if you think you'll sweat, make sure you wear your "good" deoderant. Also a tip: If you have brown hair: Blue pinstripe suit. Blonde: black suit with blue tie. Black hair:Tan sandy suit with maroon tie. hop i coold help
