What is it really like to work in a restaurant as a chef?


I am interested in going to college for a culinary program. I am scared because sometimes when you see chefs in tv or movies they are yelling and throwing things at the staff. I don't want to work in a place like that. Is it really like that or is it exaggerated for entertainment?

It's really like that. Hot,Hectic,and unforgiving.
