I am a mad Bus boy, how can i steal tips? Dont report me! I have good cause? |
I am talking about stealing tips from the greedy da.mn waitresses . They dont give us sh.it. Barely anything. They are supposed to give us a portion of their tips. We work 10 times harder than them. When i clear the tables, the tips are always on there. I am supposed to take the tips to the back. How can i steal some of the tips with out getting caught? Don't steal, they work hard for their money - they have to deal with the customers, who are quite often rude and demanding. If you think they don't pay you right, let the manager know about it, it's his responsibility to take care of this kind of conflict. Or why don't you ask to be a server yourself and make the same money as they do? If you think u have to work harder than them and get less money, than it seems to be a very logical step. do not steal go to your supervisor and ask for a rise if on answer talk to your manager............. mind thieves always get caught. Is it worth time in jail? find another job. Try their job for awhile, then see if you think they are still greedy! Most bus boys get paid more an hour than do the waitstaff too. Don't you dare steal, you thief!! (Well, potential thief.) You get paid your wages, don't you? Just be happy you have a job. |
