Methods on how to get tips for a bus boy?


I am talking about stealing tips from the greedy *** waitresses . They dont give us sh.it. We work 10 times harder than them. When i clear the tables, the tips are always on there. I am supposed to take the tips to the back. How can i steal some of the tips with out getting caught?

Just remember who tips well and clean for them frist.
Keep a record of who tips and who doesn't . It won't take long to identify the good tippers.
When the others b*tch, tell them you clean the good tippers first.
That will fix them!
You mean steal? that's just wrong! Talk to your boss for a raise.
