What do you think are maybe the top 10 things that scare/annoy potential hirers on interviews?

Not that I've ever really heard of this happening, but
Aren't they afraid that the person they turned down for employment might keep calling to check to see if they got the job and start becoming a stalker or something?
What are a few more things?

Like especially in a restaurant or bar?

No potential applicant scares me.

It is annoying when people don't take the hint that we're not interested, but a good interviewer can take care of that problem.
Too aggressive, I have had people say outright to me that "you will hire me for this job".
Signs of drug use, yes I have interviewed alot of people that I have suspected of being high at the time.
repeated phone calls to check on application, or calling about open positions during meal times, dumb move.
Not showing up or being late.
