Is part time usually 6 hours? And how many days per week?

curious, what does part time usually mean?

Part time is usually 20 hours and less per week. Some companies will call 6 hours full time but because it is less than 40 hours per week and more than 20 they don't feel obligated to provide benefits.

-------------------
Full time is considered anything 35 or more hours, SO
If you work less than 35 hours, you are usually considered part time.
But if a job is asking for part-time workers, generally they only need 20 or less hours from you a week:)
