Is a supervisor allowed to yell your f---ing fired,you won't have a f---ing job here after tomorrow.Help pl? No, they shouldn't yell at you. You should quit that job. Who needs that much abuse!! UMMM no , that is what HR (human Resources) is for? thats if you have one , But you can go to the labor board to complain on how you are being treated pasted experices with other co-workers nope. thats very rude and inhuman. consult with your colleagues at work or your next level manager or your human resources person. even if your supervisor has a valid reason to fire you, careful steps must be taken for your termination. its not just with a snap of a finger. If my supervisor tried that crap, he/she wouldn't have a working computer tomorrow. I would thow a death virus thru his/her email and wipe out their hard-drive so fast they wouldn't know what hit them. I would send it thru an attachment that read: You're F'd! Get a lawyer and have the lawyer write a nice letter to corporate detailing the event. :D |
