How far back do you have to go on job history on a job app.?

How far back do you have to go on job history on a job app.?

It dependes on the company -- some may require 10 years, others only 2 or 3 (or less for entry-level jobs). Generally on basic, blank applications, there are 3-5 spaces. Try to list at least 3 positions (even babysitting or volunteer experience) or cover 3 years (assuming you have been in the workforce for at least 3 years).
At least 3 years or 3 jobs. Whichever is GREATER.
I recommend at least 5 to 6 years as far as you are in the same field.
13th Century. Just kidding! If you were at your last job for 10 or more years, don't bother. 1 to 2, they want to know why you left that job.
