How many interviews do you have to go on /weeks waiting to finally get a job as a waitress? |
What is about average? It really depends on the restaurant. I think just one interview. They may however give a trade test i.e. to find out whether you really know the job. Show your people skills when you are being interviewed. Peace and blessings! restaurants always need new people cuz they quit a lot...maybe 2 weeks you should have a job If you get the job you will usually get it right away.Keep trying different restuarants until you succeed instead of waiting.Be proactive.Make it happen.Good luck! are you really asking that? honestly? how can you say there is an average amount of interviews/week to get a serving job? Wouldn't you think that there are too many variables in that question ??? who YOU are, where you live, what restaurants and what types you are looking for? maybe instead of pondering how many interviews you will have to go on, you should start studying up on the restaurant biz... I haven't ever interviewed at a restaurant and not been offered the job with in 2-3 days. Depends on the house. Some places will give you an apron right off the street, but corporate dining takes longer. |
