Do you know if there is course in London to train as a tandoori chef?


I already work as a chef in an Indian restaurant but have no experience with tandoori.

Don't know the answer but I was in a restaurant that nearly burnt down due to a badly built tandoori oven. We ended up marinating the meat and cooking it in the convection oven. Not as authentic, but way safer.
