How to get a job in Tampa.St Pete.Clearwater Area?


I have been looking for a job in this area for over a year with no luck, I have 2 associates degrees(graphic arts) and am looking into a design position, but have finally reliazed that they dont exist here,
But the problem is no one will hire me in other field because I dont have a 4year BA/ or BS, or experience in a new field(like inside sales or marketing,)
Please tell me what types of jobs I qualify for that are not design-related, because I am going crazy, and I cannot go back to school because I have bills to pay ASAP. I need 35k-45k NOW

Usually your degrees wouldn't matter in food service. Keep pounding the pavement. If you really want a restaurant job, you will find one.
