How can I get reservations to Chef Ramsey's Hells Kitchen in Hollywood?

I remember hearing that the people chosen for the show are out of work actors or know someone in production. I don't think there's a hotline you can call to be on the show, but I could be wrong. The above is what I have heard as a popular answer.

And remember, the restaurant is a studio not open all year.
Why would you want to eat there?
I admit I love to watch the show as it is as real as any kitchen I've worked in but why torture yourself?
