What kind of paperwork you think I am going to have to fill if I am going to a job orientation? |
I am only 15 so i working in a fast food restaurant,hardee's,I either going to be a cashier or the drive thru guy.I have to go for a job orientation so what kind of paperwork i would have to fill out and will i got any money for a job orientation W-4 (tax witholding) employment eligibility (proves you're legal) preemployment drug testing (if required) stuff for payroll usually something that says you need to return your uniform when you quit or the cost will be deducted from your last check. Bring a state id and your social security card. This will probably be unpaid, but only lasts maybe an hour. You probably wont get anything for the orientation. You might have to fill out some tax forms etc You will probably have to fill out tax forms, emergency contact info and if you get a discount on food some places make you sign a discount policy that says if you abuse it by giving it to friends you are automatically terminated. You may get paid for orientation. Job Orientation sounds like training. You should get paid for this. You'll need to show your Social security card, possibly birth certificate, address, emergency contact. etc. |
