What is the minimum wage for a waiter or waitress in the state of Florida?

$3.13/hour....that is after the increase in 2006....unfortunately being in this business you cannot rely on a paycheck.If you are planning on working at a restaurant as a server,get some experience and then go for a bartending job...a lot easier...fun and a lot more $$$. I can guarantee that from personal experience.
$6.67 an hour is the minimum wage in Florida as of January 1, 2007. I hope this applies to all occupations.

probably less than $7. i feel bad for the people that have to live off of minimum wage. how do they support themselves? its crazy how little the government makes minimum wage. it should be at least $10 an hour!
$ 2.13 an hour
