I haven't moved up the ladder because of an anxiety problem. I used to take medication but stopped because I preferred to be myself and my successes to be down to me and not the meds. Nonetheless, I have spent a total of ten years in the industry, hold NVQ2 Food Preparation & Cooking and NVQ3 Patisserie and have walked into my current job and got on with taking care of veg section (also covers soups, vegetarian meals and hot starters) with no further training needed (or offered for that matter!). Having spent a full year in this job proving my competence, what do people think my salary should be. I am working in the UK.
Well it depends what kind of restruant you are talking about like if its the ritz then yod get about 拢150-拢360 a day. while if you talk about pizza express you would get about 拢50 a day and if it was mcdonalds then you would get about 拢15.00 a day.
