I work at mcdonalds and trying to go to corporate help me? |
i went to corporate store and they really did need me.. here is the thing im still at the owner/operator store, and i ask for a letter that i have to get in order to get the other store the owner was being an a** about it him and his wife but now he willing to give me a letter, after 2 weeks should i believe that? and really take it? yes, you should say thank you for the letter and do everything you can to leave with the employer liking you. the employer knows you are a good employee and is probably annoyed because you are leaving and good help is hard to find. it is not professional of the owners to do this, but it's a small owner/franchise and you will run into this. the best thing you can do is ignore , this and do everything as good as you can do, be very nice to them and very grateful. thank them for the job and ask if there is anything you can ever to do help, to please let you know. do not speak anything bad/ negative about them to anyone. move on to the next job and forget about the hassles. sorry this is happening, but look at the positive and take advantage of the experience in dealing with people. |
