I used to work for UCS (Universal Catering Services) years ago. They were ok to work for, but I don't know if they're still going. Good luck!

I work the gulf of Mexico region so I am not sure if these companies work out of Aberdeen or not.

A lot of the off-shore companies employ their own catering staff. For example if you wanted to work on an oil-rig owned by BP, you will need to contact BP's Head Office.
