How do i make money? im only 14 and to young for a job...im just not sure, could somebody please help? if you are not shy and socialable, then get out there and knock on doors... You can babysit, wash cars, run errands, walk dogs, mow lawns, pick up aluminum cans (recycle for cash), .. if you are in a church group, talk to your youth leader or paster and ask if you can talk with the elder ladies there, sometimes they'd love someone to come by and just dust or run a vaccuun for them.. or go out and get groceries for them.. There are loads of stuff you can do if you think about it. Same age as you, and I babysit. DUH! mow lawns weed flower beds baby sit pet sit paper route recycle cans chores for elderly neighbors sell some of your stuff chores for your family Lets see, you could.... Babysit Mow Peopels Lawns Watch Pets Wash Cars Lemonade stand (lol) i got my first job at ALCATRAZ Island when i was 15yrs old all i needed was a workers permet, your parent can help you get it. i did this in 1998 dunno if it has changed and this was in san francisco county in california, it maybe different somewhere else. good luck with the job search. Check out t-shirt creation sites like cafepress.com or zazzle.com. If you can brainstorm just one creative saying or photo, you can market it for extra income. You only need to imprint one t-shirt (or sweatshirt or apron or poster or ???) and start to create ads on Ebay and through other ecommerce avenues. Set your sights on a profit of $5 per item and then concentrate on one item a day, then five items a day, then twenty items a day, etc. Even at $5 of profit with selling 1,000 products per day, week, month or year you will have a sweet income. Then brainstorm another design or caption for another $5 of profit, then another $5 of profit, etc. Eventually you can host your own website or catalog of unique products with your own branding. Be very careful not to use existing copyrighted materials. You can sell your products at craft shows, on Ebay, and through your friends and family. Check out CafePress and/or Zazzle.com. Babysitting...I hear that they start hiring at McDonald's at 14, maybe it's 15 |
