Can men be a host/ess at a restaurant? |
I want to work at Boston pizza and I want to be a dishwasher or a host/ess. Is that just a female job? I'm fourteen and that is all I can do at a restaurant. While the answer to your question is yes, men can be hosts/greeters/maitre d's at restaurants, the unfortunate thing for you is that they rarely hire 14 year olds (male OR female) for that position. You're more likely to get a job as a dishwasher. There's no such thing as "male" or "female" jobs anymore. Lots of restaurants have wait staff of either sex. no, you definitely can host at a restaurant, but unfortunately, that job does usually go to girls.... of course. i麓v only seen girls.there is only the head waiter at the door-or stand there with the book -maitr d麓麓-sometimes |
