I've been trying to find out some info on ASDA's Group Interviews?? |
All of the info i've found online is very dated to about 5 years ago. Has anyone had an interview there recently and knows what to expect from it all. I am all for a group interview to see how you get on with others but, playing with Cards and Straws (if that still happens)!! is a bit extreme and a waste of 3 hours. I had one a few years ago, and we had to design a cornflake box that would encourage children to eat cornflakes. Hmmm. One of the strangest interviews I have ever attended. Have fun, and be yourself. Good luck. How to design a poster, and mention 5 things about your self. They want to know how well you can work within a team, therefore the activities are mostly involving team work. For instance, designing a poster that advertises a new product, building a tall tower with strawa and selotape etc. My advice to you would be to do your best, not too bossy, they will like someone who can take the lead but is receptive to others ideas as well. Diplomacy is the key! Good luck. experience I had a interview there a few months ago and they still do the playing with cards. We had to go on a tour of the back area of the store and stand up and tell everyone about the person sitting next to me.Hope this helps |
