I Am Applying At New Orleans Pizza And Submarines Resturant And Its my First Job ( only 15 ). I Want This Job Because Its Close To Home And They Have Good Pizza. What Would Win Me A Place In The Work Force?
The best thing you can do is have any kind of responsibility. For instance, if you have been a babysitter or dogsitter for a family that does help. For a job in foodservice, volunteer work like in a soup kitchen or a catering company can also look good as well. If you dont have this then the best thing that you can do is to hope for an interview and have a lot of confidence in yourself. Always use eye contact in who you are talking to. Whatever you do DO NOT pad it. Be straightforward and truthful. It isn't worth getting a job now only to have it come back to haunt you years later when the stakes are higher.
