Fully qualified chef, what's a less stressful job?

I'm a fully qualified chef but I've left my job looking for something outside of the hospitality industry.
I'm good with people and don't mind the cooking I just don't want to be working until 3-4am every day or stuck in the abusive culture of kitchens.
Are there any jobs out there where I can use my cooking skills, preferably on a 9-5 basis, without all the associated stress.

I cooked for a living for about 7 or 8 years and quit because of all the drugs in the restaurant biz, though I loved to cook (still do). Since then I have been in the Golf business and am currently in the Ski business working in the corporate offices for several different resorts. I don't know if it was a natural transition from hospitality to resorts and leisure but it was a fairly smooth transition. I had never worked in an office environment but found it didn't matter that much- I just had to take the risk and apply.
