Standard Tip From Waitress to Bartender?

When tipping out at the end of the night (hosts, bussers, and bartenders) what percentage should be given to a bartender as a set amount? And why?

i'm a waitress and we give 2% after taxe in "cuts" as we call them..the bar tender doesn't do our drinks we have a person called "bar service" and he get's 1% off our sales

why does a bar tend get's an amount cause he/she does all of our drinks, that person take's time from his shift to do that..and there's nobody for him/her to make his/her drinks...

of course we don't give it to that person directly he get's it from the boss..and of course he doesn't get the real amount that he should!! ( i'm talking for my work place)!
If the Bar tender is a skilled one who clearly understands your request for a particular blend combo and makes your evening memorable by giving exactly what you want, He/She deserves a Tip slightly higher than what you are paying to a waiter who delivers standard service, because his skill is of a higher order and the Day' spirits and other drinks will dictate the spirit at the end of the Day.
!0% is pretty standard and is usually marked on the bill ie: 10% service charge. This is shared between all staff and is extra to the wages that you agreed in the first place. You could say all tips should go to the owner as without him nobody would have a job.
The bartender will hold up your drinks if you don't tip out.
If you don't like the mandatory amount you can either become a bartender yourself or find a new job.
It really stinks for you but there isn't much you can do about it.
Many happy years in the back of the house
