Sonic drive in? I quit...rehire? |
3 years ago i worked at sonic drive in but i quit after a short time working there. i was wondering if i would be ineligible for rehire if i try to get a job there now? There's no reason not to try. Three years is a long time, and I 'm sure your circumstances are different now. It depends on the company. Some companies have automatic 'no-rehire' policies, no matter what the reason is. Also, it does not matter how long ago, they keep records of your employment. I would call managerment and ask them what the policy is. Tell them you left on good terms (if you did) and see what they say. Sure give it a shot Probably not. I doubt the same people even work there after 3 years, and I doubt they keep that kind of stuff on record anyway. if it is not the same manager, most likely you can be rehired unless you were terminated for misconduct or something of that nature. good luck Probably. This is a perfect example of why you always leave a job on good terms and with proper notice. If you left them on good terms (and did not just stop showing up one busy night) then they likely flagged you as elligible for rehire. I would try. |
