my Advice: Don't deal with anyone from a foreign country and never use wire/bank transfer services.. you risk losing your $$ and your mind.

Never trust anything or anybody from Nigeria, ever!
Did you apply for that job previously? If not, that in itself is a scam. No reputable place hires you without an interview and verifiable references.
Nigeria has a bad reputation for conning people out of money. Somewhere along the line YOU will have to pay THEM for the so-called job. They have cons for investing too.
