I'm going for a Job Interview, what is a good answer when they ask What is your strenghths & weeknesses.? I have always found saying that sometimes I fail to be ascertive works well. I am a good listener, hard worker, motivative, team player, weekness maybe I care to much about my job Tell them you know how to spell "strengths" and "weaknesses" correctly. Bam, you got the JOB. It depends on the type of employment. Best answers I've heard are " I'm a quick learner"," I am very flexible" Or " I enjoy working with people"for strengths. Weakness' depend on your personality. It could be something like " I tend to ask a lot of questions" , " I'm shy until I get used to things" or " I'm a bit chatty". Try to always be honest but not overly forthcoming. Judging from your Avatar, smile and be energetic and you'll get any job out there. Best to rely on that too, because you seemingly can't spell either of the two words correctly. Strengths = Urgency, Prioritization, Detail. Weaknesses = Chocolate, Shopping, Romance DVDs. Then all you need to do is make what you told them be true - forever. |
