On your job, what are your weak points and your strong points? |
On your job, what are your weak points and your strong points? I'm organized and I stay on top of everything. My weak point is that I am very shy. My job would require me to head meetings and conduct presentations if I wanted to accept a promotion. I would have to say my weak point would have to be that i analyze everything too much, and my strong point would have to be that i am able to express my ideas well enough to always have them realized by upper management. Strong points are that I'm very organized and pay great attention to detail. (Which is good because I deal with cash on a daily basis). Weak points are that I'm too sympathic to the customers and want to "help" them too much. |
