i really want this job at wendys its my first job im 16 and id really love to get it i filled out the application tho since i havent had any recent jobs its not that full of words. Im nervous and i dont know what to do so they can say or think yes this girl would be good for the job.. i havent turned it in yet ill be turning it in tomorrow does anybody know what happens when you go and turn in the application what to expect or what to do PLZ im in need of help i really want this job lol well .. and does anybody know how long it takes for them to call to see if you get an interview? any other details you guys would like to add id appreciated thank you When they will interview depends on how badly they need people. I read someone else that said to ask if a manager is there to do it immediately. That is a good idea. A few more are: Make sure to go when they are least busy. It is annoying to be interrupted when you are busy to get an application, and you are less likely to get to talk to the manager right away. Dress nicely. I'm not saying to get dressed up. Just were nice clothes. Be nice to everyone. In jobs like this, often the manager is close to the staff, and may ask for their opinion. You don't want to work with someone that isn't a good fit to the existing team. Try to relax. They will expect you to be nervous, but your nerves may just mess you up. You don't have much to worry about, and if it doesn't happen, you WILL find something else. Source(s): I worked in HR and employment security for quite a while. If you can speak english, they'll hire you. THEY HIRE SPICS FOR CHRIST SAKE! SPICS! you can always ask if there is a manager there to do an interview right away. dress appropriatly, first impressions are important ive never had a job myself, but be sure to be enthusiastic. enthusiasm is almost always a huge part in getting a job, i dont kno..u just want to eat good lol hhmmm wendys..i cant wait til im 16..so i have to wait til next year but ima work at the mall..U HAVE TO GET TO TALK TO THE BOSS FIRST N MAKE HIM TO IT FOR U..DONNT JUST FILL OUT A APPLICATION CUZ THEY WOULD THROW IT AWAY..cuz my cuzin is the manager for bugerking n ppl go there n get a applicaton fill it out n then they threw them away Usually you should ask to meet the manager while turning one in. Be polite, dress nicely, and smile. If they are hiring than yes you will probably get hired. Don't be nervous you will do great! Good luck:) |
