First you need a health card,and a police card. then you can go to any union-hall and join up.{You have to belong to a union,to work any place in vagues}
The best place to work is the places they gamble.
There always looking for line cooks,Back-line cooks,Prep-cooks,thers just about any king of cooking job you ever want.
Just be willing to work, and make good money in doing so.
First of all tho,you have to go to the police sta. and get your police card.In 2000 it cost $15.00,helth card's are free, they will come to you at your job.
Verry good place to work.

do a search on google for all the big properties. they use internet job listings and you can get all the info from them.
Apply at every (decent) restaurant/hotel and see if some employment agencies in Vegas specialize in the hospitality industry. This will get your foot into the door.
