The frist interview, they say to you we are going to schedule you after the back ground check.? |
I went on a job interveiw, and after I answered there questions they said to me depending on the background check, we are going to get you a shcudle? Does that mean I have the job or they were looking at my reaction? Why would they lie to you and look for a reaction? That's not a very respecable interviewing technique. I would assume they meant exactly what they said. They want to do the background check before they officially hire you. You don't have the job till they tell you that you have the job. they're really doing a background check. most places do that. I have had that said to me before you have the job as long as u pass ur backgroud check that's what they mean if u fail they will call u and tell you. me |
