What do I do if you were sexually harrased by the bosses brother more than once but I refuse to quit my job? |
I have been working at my job now for 3 years. The 1and half years were the old owners. since the new owners came everything has changed no paid vacations and no respectful raises. It is hard now to find jobs today. I have called human rights several time but did not go through with it because im afraid of bad unexpected results. Although they sent there brother back to India to his wife and unknown if hes coming back or not WE as employees feel we are not being treated right. I was told by the brothr that he could sit a cup on my butt. Where I work at requires to be 21(not a strip bar) and they have there son who is not 21 working and you have to have a licence and he does not have one! if F.B.I comes in we all are gone!!!! You need to keep a detailed log of what is happening.... Names, Dates, Witnesses, and a detailed description of what happened. You can place an anonymous call to the Human Rights, or contact the Labor Board, you can also hire a lawyer and sue if you have the proper evidence. hi check this link its useful http://workathomedataentrysites.blogspot... .
