The only difference is you probably can't use the job you are quitting as a reference in a future interview or application.Absolutely Yes, If a better employee came along you better know they would let you go. Not right away, but Companies always do what is in their best interest, So why shouldn't you.
Yup, i've done if before, because they paid more. You always have to do whats best for you!
Yes! I know a lot of people who have said they regret not taking a better job after they just started at another place. Don't pass the opportunity up.
