What kind of questions do they ask you for a job application over the phone?


I'm doing a job application for The Waffle House over the phone and I would like to know what kind of questions do they ask you?

The hardest question I had to answer once was, "Tell us about yourself". Also, know something about the company, as they will ask if you have any questions, and you can ask them a little about themselves and how they do business.
They most likely will ask you your work history, what kind of experience you've had. Whether or not you've ever been convicted of any crimes. How many hours are you willing to work. Can you work nights and weekends.

Basically anything that will give them a picture of who you are and if you can be responsible and trust-worthy.
