What should i do about my new job???

i just got a job at mcdonalds for about 3 weeks alomst a month and i get piad every 2 weeks, but i haven't worked in a week and i got paid yesterday i wasn't pleased but i don't care really bout the amount i just need some money to save up and with this money it'll be gone in a month plus i only get paid 5.85 an hour......so should i apply for another job and try to keep both or just give it time??? work one on weekends and the other on weekdays??? I'M ONLY 16, TOO!!!

You are only 16 so your bills are pretty low.
Stick it out for a year and then you will have a work history and can apply for better paying jobs.
Don't forget your salary increases. As you get better at your current job they will pay you more!
at 16 you can get a job valeting cars and make 5 times that amount! get a new job.
years of practice
dont worry man u just carry on wiyh ur work. be good, and u should continue ur study. gud luck
I would first ask the manager to try to increase the amount of hours at McDonald's if you have the time.

If they don't increase your hours and you have time for another job, I would apply for another job. If the other job pays enough, I would quit McDonalds and work at the new job. If the other job do not pay enough, I would work 2 jobs.
It has been my experience that the people that produce are given presidence over the ones that are s;othfull. I am not saying you are lazy, but maybe you could give a little more effort to your position? You said you havent worked in a week. Is this because of scheduling or because you called in sick? Which scenario. You are getting paid minimom wage at McDonalds asnd that is what you are going to get anywhere, since you are just starting out. There is, however, other alternatives. I started out myself working at a grocery store at age 14, carrying out groceries. The company I worked for allowed us to accept tips. I was at every checkstand as soon as they had a customer. I walked the customer out and loaded the groceries into their vehicle. I recieved more in tips than I did on my paycheck. When I would walk back into the store from carrying out, I would grab as many baskcarts as I could handle, which made it easier when we would have to retrieve carts. I did work myself up to Produce management and remained there for the duration. ( I never wanted to be store management) If you put your mind to it, youcna do it. Figure out what it is you want to do as a career and try to get into that field. Good Luck.
It's just a start...Little patience if you can handle 2 jobs go for it...Co's reality we all need to work to have money to survive...
