I am applying for a job and am being asked the two questions below. I can answer them but I want to make my answer stand out. Is there a website that can help me to do this or can anyone advise me and assist me. I have a weird suggestion, try to answer it honestly. write it all down, then read it aloud to yourself. does it ring true in your ears? if not keep polishing it until it does. if it doesnt imagine what the screener is going to think when they read it. to truly get ahead, you want to ring of integrity and excitement, thats what employers want, im an employer and i could care less about experience, i would much prefer someone that has a passion for what i do, and integrity to do the right thing. as in not stretch the truth on an app. |
