How can a volient fenoy find a job? |
after being in prison for twenty three it very hard to get a job,could some one give me imfo on where, how who will hire me. God bless you!!!! The challenges must be very hard....People tend not to forgive even though God does. Try and find a company that allows you to be bonded. I'm sorry I don't know which ones. Some companies get special incentives from hiring ex-inmates. Try and get with some kind of faith based program so they can help you out. They don't won't try to convert some actually try and help in practical ways too. Get with the PO and ask if what can be done. When you get the job be faithful in it. I assume you mean violent felon. You need to speak with your parole officer, or case worker if you have one. The first thing you need to do is get a better education, because the job market has changed a lot. That will probably be your only hope, because no one is going to want to hire someone who has a violent past. Not so much because they don't think you deserve a chance, but because if they hired you, and something bad happened--even just a threat , they could be sued. Try fast food. There is always a need for workers and the training is very extensive. |
